Ripple Path Services works with employers, community organizations, and other partners to identify practical ways to support families managing significant caregiving responsibilities. Our goal is to contribute clearly defined, professionally delivered services that respond to the needs of the families being served.

Ripple Path Services works alongside schools, healthcare providers, community organizations, and other groups already serving Whatcom County families. This includes referring in both directions and being clear about what each organization does and does not provide.

Ripple Path Services partners with organizations serving comparable populations to coordinate services, share appropriate information about community resources, and support families through more than one point of contact.
Partnerships of this kind are collaborative, not financial. Ripple Path Services does not pay organizations for referrals, and organizations are not asked to pay for a partnership relationship.

No. Partnerships are collaborative relationships focused on coordination and referrals, not a paid arrangement in either direction.
Typically, staying in contact about the populations each organization serves, referring families in both directions when appropriate, and coordinating so families are not asked to repeat themselves across organizations.
Any organization serving Whatcom County families with a comparable mission. We would rather have a small number of genuinely useful relationships than a long list of untouched contacts.
